By placing an order and/or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and Authorise Destination (https://authorsdestination.com/).
“Website” – Refers to all content and pages hosted on https://authorsdestination.com/.
“Customer,” “You,” “Yours” – Refers to the individual or entity submitting an order to Authorise Destination.
“Company,” “We,” “Our” – Refers to Authorise Destination, a company registered under the laws of the State.
“Product or Services” – Refers to all products and services provided by Authorise Destination in accordance with a customer’s order.
“Order” – Refers to a request for services or products made by the customer via phone, email, or online. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment via credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union, or other accepted methods.
Please review our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and limitations under the Authorise Destination policy. It is your responsibility to read these Terms before placing any order or making payment.
Due to the nature of our work, we do not accept returns once an order has been fulfilled.
If modifications are required to meet agreed-upon quality standards (such as editing or proofreading accuracy), our revision process is available to ensure customer satisfaction. Should the delivered product not meet the originally stated requirements, we will conduct an internal review and provide revisions or recreate the work at no additional cost.
Each package includes its own revision policy, which is detailed in the service description of that package. Revisions may be requested within 5 to 10 business days after the order status has been updated to Waiting for Customer Approval.
Customers can request revisions by emailing their assigned Project Manager. Since all content is delivered in Word format, customers also retain the right to make personal edits before publishing.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. While we strive for customer satisfaction, certain conditions apply:

Incompetent Delivery
If the work does not meet the agreed requirements, we will provide unlimited revisions, reassign or rewrite the project. If satisfaction is still not achieved, a refund percentage may be mutually agreed upon.
Late Delivery
If we fail to deliver within the promised timeline (after at least 3 attempts to contact us), and documentation shows it was our fault, a refund may be processed.
Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of initial delivery (if no revisions have been used). Requests made after this timeframe will not be considered.
Prices, discounts, and service offerings are subject to change without notice. Authorise Destination reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without liability to the customer or third parties.
